4. Booking & Payment

  • Course fees and coaching rates are listed on the website or communicated directly.

  • Payment is required as specified during booking.

  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Refunds for group courses are available up to 10 days before the course begins.

  • Refunds for individual coaching sessions are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded.

6. No Medical or Psychological Advice

Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling. All content, discussions, and materials are for personal development only. If you have medical or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

7. Liability

I am not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or participation in coaching sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct as defined by German law.
